Community Guidelines
These are the rules for using MingleExtra. They are written to be read rather than scrolled past, because a rule nobody understands protects nobody.
They apply to your profile, your photos, your messages, and how you behave toward other members both on this platform and in person after meeting through it.
Breaking them can cost you your account. Breaking the most serious of them will also involve law enforcement.
The short version
If you remember nothing else from this page, remember these.
Be 18 or over. No exceptions, anywhere, ever.
Be yourself. Your photos, your age, your identity.
Get consent. For contact, for content, for everything.
Never ask another member for money. Not once, not for anything.
Never treat a person as something you can purchase. MingleExtra is not a marketplace for sexual services and never will be.
If someone says no, or stops replying, that is the end of it.
Everything below is the detail behind those six lines.
Who can be here
Adults only
MingleExtra is for people aged 18 and over. This is not a formality and it is not negotiable.
If you believe an account belongs to someone under 18, report it immediately. This is the highest priority report we handle, and it is treated as urgent regardless of how the profile looks or what the person claims. We would rather review a hundred reports that turn out to be adults than miss one that was not.
Accounts believed to belong to minors are removed. Where the law requires it, information is referred to the appropriate authorities.
Adults who attempt to contact minors, on this platform or through it, are removed permanently and reported.
One person, one account
Your account represents you. Do not create accounts for other people, run multiple accounts to evade a block or a ban, sell or transfer an account, or share one with someone else.
Authenticity
Be who you say you are
Your photos must be of you. Recent enough to be recognisable. Using someone else's photographs is impersonation, and it is one of the most common forms of harm reported on this platform.
Your age must be accurate. Not approximate, not aspirational.
Your location must be honest. If you are travelling, say you are travelling. Presenting yourself as living somewhere you do not is misleading, and members make real decisions about their time and money based on where they think you are.
Your relationship situation must be accurate. If you are married, partnered or otherwise attached and that is relevant to what you are looking for, other members are entitled to know before they invest in you.
What your profile may not contain
- Photographs of anyone else presented as you
- Images of minors in any context that is sexual, suggestive, or presents them as a member
- Nudity or sexually explicit imagery
- Contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses, social handles or messaging IDs, in your public profile
- Advertising, promotion, recruitment or links to external commercial services
- Prices, rates, tariffs or any indication that access to you can be bought
- Hate symbols, or content promoting violence or extremism
- Content that impersonates MingleExtra or its staff
How to treat people
Consent runs through everything
Consent is required for contact, for content, and for anything that follows. It is specific, it is revocable, and silence is not consent.
Practically, this means:
- Do not send sexual content to someone who has not asked for it. Not as an opener, not as a compliment, not as a test of interest.
- Do not keep messaging someone who has stopped replying. A lack of response is an answer.
- Do not pressure anyone into sharing photographs, personal details, meeting you, or continuing a conversation they are trying to end.
- Someone who consented to something once has not consented to it permanently.
Respect
Disagreement is fine. Rejection is normal and happens to everyone here. What people do with rejection is what these rules govern.
Not permitted:
- Harassment. Repeated unwanted contact, including after being blocked or asked to stop, including through new accounts.
- Threats. Of violence, of exposure, of harm to anyone. Threats are treated as serious regardless of whether you meant them.
- Hate speech. Attacks on people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or immigration status.
- Discrimination. Stating a preference for who you want to date is allowed. Demeaning people who do not fit it is not.
- Stalking. Monitoring, following or turning up uninvited, online or in person.
- Doxing. Publishing or threatening to publish someone's private information, including their address, workplace, phone number, or their presence on this platform.
- Sexual harassment. Unsolicited explicit content, persistent sexual pressure, or sexualising someone who has not invited it.
Rejection
You are allowed to be uninterested. You are allowed to stop replying. You are allowed to unmatch without explanation.
You are not allowed to punish someone for doing the same to you.
Money, and where the line sits
This section matters more here than on most platforms, so it is written plainly.
Never ask another member for money
Do not ask members for money, transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency, top-ups, or payment of any bill or fee, for any reason.
This applies whether the request is framed as a loan, an emergency, travel costs, a business opportunity, or a gift you have implied is expected. It applies no matter how long you have spoken or how genuine the need is.
Accounts that request money from other members are removed. This is the single largest source of serious harm in online dating, and there is no version of it we treat as a misunderstanding.
Sugar dating and age gap relationships
Adults may lawfully seek relationships that involve generosity, mentorship, financial comfort, lifestyle differences or an age gap. Members may state honestly what they are looking for and what matters to them in a relationship, including expectations around lifestyle and support.
That is permitted. What is not permitted is anything that converts a person into a purchase.
MingleExtra must not be used for:
- Prostitution, escorting, or any paid sexual service
- Offering or requesting sexual activity in exchange for money, gifts, accommodation, travel or anything of value
- Advertising rates, prices, tariffs, allowances quoted as a fee, or any price list
- Requiring payment before a conversation, a meeting, contact details or continued contact
- Selling or purchasing contact information
- Arrangements where consent is conditioned on payment, or where withdrawal of payment is used as coercion
- Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or facilitating either
- Any arrangement where a person is presented as something that can be bought, rented or hired
The difference, stated once: two adults may decide between themselves how generosity works in their relationship. What may not happen here is the advertising, negotiation or provision of sexual services as a transaction. The first is a private relationship. The second is a criminal offence in most of the world and is prohibited on this platform without exception.
If someone quotes you a price, asks for payment before meeting, or presents contact as something to be bought, report them. That is not sugar dating. That is solicitation, and it frequently accompanies trafficking.
Coercion
Using money, gifts, dependency, immigration status, housing or debt to pressure someone into sexual activity or to prevent them leaving a situation is abuse. It is prohibited here, and where we identify it we report it.
Exploitation, blackmail and intimate images
Sextortion and blackmail
Threatening to share someone's intimate images, private messages, personal information or presence on this platform, whether for money, images, or compliance of any kind, is prohibited and is a criminal offence in most countries.
If this is happening to you: do not pay, do not send more, save everything, block, report to us, and contact your local police. Paying does not end it. It confirms you will pay.
Non-consensual intimate images
Sharing, threatening to share, or requesting intimate images of a person who has not consented is prohibited. This includes images that were originally shared consensually, images of former partners, and synthetic or altered images of real people.
Content involving minors
Any sexual content involving a minor is removed, the account is permanently banned, and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities. There is no appeal, no warning and no discretion applied to this.
Platform integrity
Spam and commercial use
MingleExtra is for meeting people. It is not an advertising channel.
Not permitted: unsolicited advertising, promotion of external services, recruitment, multi-level marketing, investment offers, promotion of other platforms, mass identical messaging, or driving members to external links for commercial purposes.
Automation and manipulation
Not permitted: bots, scripts or automated messaging; scraping profiles, photographs or data; artificially inflating likes, views or visibility; creating accounts to evade a ban; interfering with the platform's operation or security; testing security without written authorisation. Responsible disclosure has its own route, set out in the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
Intellectual property
Do not post content you do not have the right to use. Copyright complaints have a dedicated route in the Copyright Complaint Policy.
Conduct after you meet
These rules do not stop at the edge of the platform.
Conduct that occurred offline, with someone you met here, can result in removal from MingleExtra. That includes assault, coercion, threats, stalking, fraud, and sharing intimate images without consent.
If a crime has occurred, contact the police first. They can act in ways we cannot. Then report it to us, so we can act on the account.
Reporting
Every profile and every conversation can be reported. Reporting is free, available on every plan, and the person is never told who reported them.
You do not need to be certain. A concern is enough, and you will not be penalised for a report that turns out to be nothing.
What helps a report: which profile, what happened, and screenshots if you have them. Save messages before deleting a conversation, because we may not be able to recover what you have removed.
What you will be told: that the report was received. Detailed outcomes are usually not shared, because doing so could identify the reporter or reveal how detection works.
Do not use reporting as a weapon. Deliberately false reports made to harass someone are themselves a violation.
Enforcement
What happens depends on what was done, whether it was deliberate, whether it has happened before, and how much harm was caused or risked.
Possible outcomes:
- Content removed
- A warning
- Features restricted for a period
- Visibility reduced
- Account suspended
- Account permanently removed
- Referral to law enforcement
Immediate permanent removal, without warning, applies to: anything involving minors, trafficking or sexual exploitation, credible threats of violence, sextortion, and organised fraud.
We do not operate a fixed number of strikes. A single serious violation ends an account. Repeated minor ones will too.
Removal may include the loss of any remaining subscription time or credit balance. Refunds in cases of removal for a violation are addressed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Appeals
If you believe a decision about your account was wrong, you may appeal.
How: use the account appeal route in Contact and Support. Include your account details, what happened, and anything relevant we may not have seen.
What to expect: appeals are reviewed by someone other than whoever made the original decision wherever practical. We do not publish a response time until we can meet it consistently. [SUPPORT RESPONSE TIME: DO NOT PUBLISH UNTIL MEASURED]
What is not appealable: removals involving minors or child sexual abuse material.
Appealing does not restore the account while the review takes place.
When these rules change
These Guidelines will change as the platform grows and as new kinds of harm appear. Material changes will be notified. Continuing to use MingleExtra after a change means the current version applies to you.

Frequently asked questions
Can I state a preference for who I want to date?
Yes. Preferences are allowed. Demeaning people who do not fit them is not.
Can I mention that I am looking for a generous partner?
You may state honestly what you are looking for in a relationship, including expectations around lifestyle and support. What you may not do is quote a price, require payment for contact or meeting, or offer anything in exchange for sexual activity.
Someone asked me for money. Are they breaking the rules?
Yes, and you should report them. Do not send anything, whatever the reason given.
Someone quoted me a rate to meet them.
That is solicitation and it is prohibited. Report the profile. Do not arrange to meet.
Can I put my Instagram in my profile?
Contact details do not belong in a public profile. You may share them privately with someone you have chosen to trust.
I was reported unfairly. What happens?
Reports are reviewed rather than acted on automatically. If a decision was made against your account and you believe it was wrong, appeal it.
Will you tell me who reported me?
No, ever. Naming reporters would make reporting unsafe and would stop people doing it.
Can I be removed for something that happened in person?
Yes. Conduct offline with someone you met here can result in removal.
What happens to my subscription if my account is removed?
Removal for a violation may result in the loss of remaining subscription time and credits. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Are these rules the same everywhere?
The Guidelines apply globally. Some countries impose additional legal requirements, and local law applies in addition to these rules, never instead of them.
