Read the last section before you buy anything. It is the part that says what no plan can do, and it is more useful than the rest of the page.
Free membership
A free account is a real account, not a trial with the useful parts removed.
What you get, permanently, at no cost:
- A full profile with up to 6 photos
- Browsing and search, including by country, region and city
- Global browsing with no geographic limit
- Basic filters: age, distance, gender preference, relationship intention
- 20 likes per day
- 5 new messages per day
- Receiving unlimited likes and messages from other members
- Your 10 most recent profile visitors
- The 10 most recent members who liked you
- Optional verification at every level offered in your country
- Privacy controls
- Blocking, unmatching and reporting
What free does not include: the full filter set, unlimited likes and messaging, travel discovery, reduced visibility browsing, priority placement in discovery, and the full history of who viewed or liked you.
Blocking and reporting are free forever, on every plan. Safety tools are not a paid feature and will not become one.
Premium membership
Premium changes two things: how many people can find you, and how precisely you can look.

Every plan carries identical Premium features. The only differences are how long it lasts, how many boost credits come with it, and what it works out at per day.
A note on Lifetime: it never expires and never renews. There is nothing to cancel because nothing recurs. At $249.99 it costs less than two years of Annual, which is the arithmetic worth doing before choosing between them.

Verification, privacy controls, blocking, reporting and support are identical on both. Nothing that keeps a member safe sits behind a payment.
Which plan, honestly
Stay on free if you are trying the platform, you are not in a hurry, or 20 likes and 5 new conversations a day is enough. For many people it genuinely is. There is no expiry on a free account and no pressure to upgrade.
Starter Trial suits someone who wants to test Premium properly for a weekend before committing. Three days is short, and that is the point.
Weekly suits a specific push: a trip coming up, a period when you have time to actually reply.
Monthly is the usual choice. Long enough for conversations to develop at a normal pace, which is generally slower than a week.
Annual makes sense if you already know this platform works for you. At $0.41 a day it is the cheapest ongoing option, and it is a real commitment worth making only once you are sure.
Lifetime suits someone who expects to keep an account for years. It never renews, so there is no cancellation to remember and no price change to worry about.
What no plan does
This is the section worth reading twice.
No plan makes anyone reply. Premium increases how many people can see you. Whether any of them are interested is entirely their decision.
No plan guarantees a match, a meeting or a relationship. Anyone selling a dating subscription on that basis is selling something they cannot deliver.
No plan changes your profile. If your photos are unclear or your description says nothing, more visibility means more people deciding not to message you. Fix the profile before you buy visibility. It is free, and it usually matters more.
No boost creates interest. It puts you in front of more people for an hour. What happens next is not something we can influence, and we publish no percentage claims about results because any such figure would be invented.
Priority placement is not a guarantee of being seen. It improves your position in discovery. It does not put you at the top of everyone's results permanently.
If you are buying Premium hoping it will change how people respond to you, it will not. If you are buying it because you want unlimited messaging, the full filters, or to see everyone who liked you, it does exactly that.
Renewal, cancellation and changes
Renewal: subscription terms, including whether a plan renews automatically, are set out in the Subscription Terms. Where recurring billing is not enabled, a plan simply ends on its expiry date and you may buy another whenever you choose. [RECURRING BILLING AVAILABILITY BY COUNTRY REQUIRED]
Cancelling: cancelling stops future billing. It does not end the time you have already paid for, and you keep Premium until the expiry date.
Upgrading: buying a different plan while one is active starts the new term. Buying the same plan again extends the time you have. Lifetime absorbs whatever is left and never expires.
Expiry: when Premium ends, your account continues as a free account. Your profile, photos, matches and conversations remain. Free tier limits apply again, and any boost credits included with the plan expire with it.
Refunds: the Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out where refunds apply, and consumer law in your country may give you additional rights that cannot be signed away.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure pages. Your card details are never entered on MingleExtra and never stored by us.

MingleExtra never asks for payment through another member. Every charge starts from your own account, on our payment pages. Anyone contacting you about a fee, an unlock, a verification charge or a refund is defrauding you.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free account time limited?
No. It does not expire and does not become read only.
What happens to my matches if Premium ends?
Nothing. Your profile, matches and conversations stay. The free limits apply again.
Can I message someone who liked me on a free account?
Yes, within the 5 new messages a day limit. Replies to existing conversations are not restricted the same way as starting new ones.
Do included boost credits expire?
Yes, with the subscription, except on Lifetime. See the Credits page.
Is Lifetime really lifetime?
It does not expire and does not renew. It applies for as long as the account exists and the platform operates.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Buying a different plan starts a new term. Buying the same plan again adds to the time you have.
Will Premium get me more matches?
It will get your profile in front of more people. Whether they are interested is their decision, and no plan changes that.
Are safety features limited on free?
No. Blocking, unmatching and reporting are identical on every plan, permanently.
Is Premium available everywhere?
Availability and payment methods vary by country and are subject to local law.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is handled by our provider on their pages. We never see or store your card number.
